It works your tickets
Ask what's waiting, have it draft a reply, or let it answer and close. It reads what your team reads.
It sets things up
It can add your site, give you the code for it, and build side panels and buttons, while you watch.
Customer details stay hidden
Your assistant only sees the side-panel fields you tick for it. Until you tick one, it sees none.
Then just ask
- Which tickets are waiting for me?
- Draft a reply to the newest ticket and show me before you send it.
- Give me the code to put the form on my site.
- Set up a side panel that shows each customer's plan.
Questions
Does it work on Shopify, Wix or Squarespace?
Yes, on every plan. Paste one piece of code into your site's settings and a Help button shows on every page. We check the site is yours by looking for that code on your home page, so there's no DNS record to add.
I built my site with an AI app builder. Can I use Help?
Yes. Your site's Install tab gives you the words to paste into Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or Cursor, with your key filled in and no secret.
Can my customers write in from my app?
Yes, on every plan. Your app shows a page of your website in a web view, and your website's domain is what lets your key work. Logged-in users of your app see their own tickets and your replies. Your site's Install tab has the React Native code with your key filled in.
Is there a WordPress plugin?
Yes, on every plan. It puts the support form, a logged-in user's own tickets and the Help button on your site. Press Connect in its settings and your site is set up, with no key, DNS record or code.
Does the plugin work with WooCommerce?
Yes. On Lite and higher your team sees each customer's number of orders, total spent and five most recent orders next to their ticket. We show it and don't store it.
Does Help run AI on my tickets?
No. Help doesn't run any AI, on any plan. Nothing you or your customers write is sent to a model by us. This page is about connecting an assistant you already use.
Which assistants work?
Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, and anything else that can add a remote MCP server.
Can it see my customers' details?
Only the side-panel fields you tick "AI can see this". Nothing is ticked to begin with, and your assistant can't tick them itself.
Can it do something I didn't ask for?
It can only use what you switched on when you connected it, with your own role. Opening and sending files, pressing buttons and making secrets start switched off. What it sets up, presses or creates is in your audit log, and its replies are in the ticket under your name.
Which plan do I need?
Every way of putting Help on your site works on every plan, Free included. Your AI assistant needs Pro or higher. There's no extra charge for it, and no limit on how many assistants you connect.
